Dear Parent/Carer
Please click here for an attached letter regarding advice from health experts on the latest position concerning Swine Flu.
In the case that the school may be required to operate with a limited number of staff, we would like to advise that the following closures may need to take place. Confirmation of such closures will be communicated to parents/carers through our website and via a letter to students at the end of each day. Additionally a voice recorded message detailing current arrangements will be available. Please ring 01274 256728
If you are reporting a student absence please ring the normal attendance number which is 01274 256677
The current situation is that all students who are well should attend school as normal on Monday 28th September.
Should a situation arise where students in a particular year group are required to stay at home the pattern below will be followed. This is advanced notice of a partial closure strategy which we will only implement if staff absence increases. It will be assessed on a daily basis. This is not a school closure and all students who are well should attend school as normal unless instructed otherwise.

This may be a partial year group and students will be issued with a personalised letter advising them to remain at home for the designated day. Students who do not receive a letter and are well, should attend school as normal. Please check with your child on a daily basis. If you are unsure then please ring 01274 256728 for information.
i.e: Monday 28th September letters to students will advise of any possible closures on Wednesday 30th Sept.
Tuesday 29th September letters to students will advise of any possible closures on Thursday 1st October.
Wednesday 30th September letters to students will advise of any possible closures on Friday 2nd October
- This pattern of information will continue as necessary.
