“What the Dickens! It’s Christmas!” |

Christmas would not be Christmas without the traditional carol concert and the school nativity play. Memories of childhood wishes and seasonal cheer are all wrapped up in the traditions of a bygone age, the Victorian Christmas. Start your festive season right by watching the young performers of Bradford Academy take to the stage in a joyous celebration of all things festive. The evening will included a variety of music, dance and dramatic performance that aims to capture the true spirit of this magical time of year. Be transported to Victorian England through the eyes of its meanest citizen, Ebenezer Scrooge. Let your heart be moved by the majesty of the Bradford Academy School Choir and tap your feet to the rhythm of the rock n roll beat. Finally, rejoice in the message of the true Christmas story as we join to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus.
Join us on Wednesday 16th December for our Christmas celebration “What the Dickens! It’s Christmas!”. In the spirit of the season tickets are free and are available from the Student Services in the Academy. Due to the limited number of seats available, tickets will be given on a first come first served basis. Seasonal refreshments will be available to purchase on the evening.
