Level 3 learners have a range of options from Certificate, sub-diploma, 90 Credit diploma and Diploma. Each unit gives learners insights into the main elements of business this course fully prepares learners to continue on to higher level education and the skills they have learners through coursework should prepare them for tasks that they face at that stage. It is also excellent for learners who wish to go into employment as their are elements of retail and recruitment.

Topics Covered: Unit 1 allows learners to understand a research the foundations of businesses. They learn the different ranges/purposes/ownership and stake holder information. Learner s will then go on to looking into the different organisational structure that business have and how the different departments in a business are split up. They will also gain a deep understanding of how businesses plan aims for the business, how the business must analyse the influencing factors that affect this process and any strategic planning that must be done in order to ensure the business stays efficient and productive. During this units the learners will also need to be able to understand and explain the impact the economics environment has on the business, to do this they must understand the effects of supply and demand along with global interaction. This includes consumer law, demographic issues and government support available to businesses.
