Key Learning Objectives In this term learners will complete their study of the Cold War by examining the collapse of the USSR and the end of the Cold War. After half term learners will begin their controlled assessment (CA08) on Victorian Crime, Policing and Punishment.

Term 2
Key Learning Objectives Learners will complete their controlled assessment. Once this is done learners will begin to study British Social History 1945 – 1975. This will include looking at topics such as Changes in the world of work, education and other social changes like the role of women and the impact of the 1960s.
Key Activities / Homework The focus of this final unit will be on developing skills in using source material. A takeaway menu of homework to be completed is given to learners at the start of the unit.
Assessments Assessment for this unit will be focused entirely on source skills development.
