Nadine Good

I have been a Governor at Bradford Academy since 2017.

I began my career in hospitality management. In 1999 I changed career direction and started work with Barnardo’s and I am now an Assistant Director for Children’s Services. I have senior responsibility for a wide portfolio of services across the UK. I consider my work a privilege.

I am passionate about ‘making a positive difference’ to the lives of children, young people, families and communities. I am committed to ensuring all children are given the best support, education and opportunity to thrive in whatever circumstance. And above all to have fun! Being a Governor at Bradford Academy provides me with a great opportunity to help shape the school, to be the very best.

I am a keen Rugby League fan (sorry, it’s an opposition team – Castleford Tigers) and I love Haribo sweets.
