Information about our Nursery & 2 Year Old Provision
for a place: 2 year old room (The Tiny Seeds)
your child to be eligible for a place in our 2 year old room, you are required
to meet certain criteria:
Your 2-year-old can get free early education and childcare if you live
in England and get one of the following benefits:
- Income Support
- income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- income-related Employment and Support
- Universal Credit – if you and your
partner have a combined income from work of £15,400 or less a year, after tax
- tax credits and you have an income of
£16,190 or less a year, before tax
- the guaranteed element of State
- support through part 6 of the
Immigration and Asylum Act
- the Working Tax Credit 4-week run on
(the payment you get when you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)
child can also get free early education and childcare if any of the following

You will then be required to complete a Bradford Academy
application pack. Please contact the Primary office to request an application
We offer morning places 8.00am until 11.00am and afternoon
places 11.45am-3.00pm (2.00pm finish on Fridays)

for a place: Nursery (The Very Busy Spiders)
We offer the following sessions in our nursery:
Morning place 8.00am-11.00am daily
Afternoon place 11.45-3.00pm daily (2pm finish on Friday)
Beginning of week place: Monday & Tuesday 8.00am-3.00pm
and Wednesday 8.00am-11.45am
End of week place: Wednesday 11.45-3.00pm, Thursday
8.00am-3.00pm and Friday 8.00am-2.00pm.
We also offer a limited number of 30 hours places. The
following eligibility criteria applies to these:
- You, and any partner, must each
expect to earn (on average) at least £131 per week (equal to 16 hours at the
National Minimum or Living Wage).
- If you, or your partner, are on
maternity, paternity or adoption leave, or you’re unable to work because you
are disabled or have caring responsibilities, you could still be eligible.
- You can’t get 30 hours free
childcare if either you, or your partner, each individually expect
to earn £100,000 or more.

If you would like to apply for a place, please visit the
primary office to request an application pack.
You can apply for a place at any time and we will add your
details to our system. Children can begin attending nursery from the term after their third birthday. This
will mean either a September or January start.
A maximum of 29 children can attend nursery during a given
session. We have 4 staff members who work in our nursery across the week.
